嘉縣府受理大統食用油團體訴訟登記

民眾因購買大統長基食品公司產品造成的權益損害，行政院消費者保護處已協調社團法人台灣消費者保護協會提起團體訴訟，並函請縣市政府消費者服務中心受理民眾求償登記。

嘉義縣政府為協助縣民提起團體訴訟，即日起至102年11月30日止，因此案權益受害的消費者，可檢具購買證明（如發票或會員購買紀錄）、請求權讓與書等相關文件（如請求身體損害賠償者，亦請一併檢附醫療診斷證明），向嘉義縣政府消費者服務中心受理窗口填寫表格（或自縣府網站消費者保護園地檔案下載區下載求償登記表格）後，提出求償登記，並讓與損害賠償請求權予台灣消保協會，由該會依消費者保護法第49條及第50條規定提起團體訴訟。

詳細情形可上行政院消費者保護會（網址為http://www.cpc.ey.gov.tw/）、1950全國消費者服務專線或嘉義縣政府消費者服務中心洽詢（電話05-3620123分機190）
