赴加國參展 友達、群創拚技術

〔自由時報記者陳梅英／台北報導〕友達（2409）與群創（3481）技術拚場拚到海外！兩面板廠均參與加拿大「2013年顯示週」（Display Week 2013），友達首次發表全球最大65吋Full HD OLED電視面板技術，群創則展示新一代的「TODTM」解決方案。

友達將於SID針對全世界最大尺寸65吋Full HD OLED電視面板技術做正式論文發表。友達65吋Full HD OLED電視面板是採用先進的金屬氧化物半導體（Oxide）TFT背板，以及世界最大六代精細金屬遮罩（ FMM ）OLED 蒸鍍技術，友達成功克服Oxide TFT不穩定性與大型金屬遮罩易變形導致混色的問題。

友達的65吋Full HD OLED電視面板搭載自行研發的OLED畫素補償電路專利技術，將可有效改善TFT及OLED製程變異所導致的亮度不均勻問題；除了具有低功耗與高畫質優勢外，還具高對比、高亮度、快速影像反應時間、廣視角等特色。在此次的SID顯示週中，友達將發表13篇論文，涵蓋OLED、3D、軟性顯示器、透明顯示器等領域。

群創則務實地展示已經量產TOD觸控面板模組。群創表示，此新一代「TOD」觸控解決方案，目前已經成功應用在4~7吋不同類型的高解析度、輕薄的智慧型手機上，預計今年出貨將達百萬片，明年將有爆炸性成長。
