藍委籲檢討朝野協商制度

會計法修法通過，擴大特別費除罪範圍引發爭議。國民黨立委丁守中昨表示，朝野協商有檢討的必要，此制度給黨鞭，尤其是少數黨黨鞭太大的權力。

丁守中說，現在每周二、周五的院會都「閒置」在那，應該要繼續報告、發言，有爭議的法案就交付表決，而不是通通交付協商。
