役男熱衰竭案 國防部表達遺憾

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北6日電）國防部軍事發言人羅紹和今天表示，媒體社論評論陸軍六軍團下士洪仲丘熱衰竭案，內容與事實不符，國防部表達遺憾與不滿。

媒體今天刊登社論「體罰出來的軍人，不會驍勇善戰」。羅紹和在國防部發言人臉書表示，評論內容不但與事實不符，且過於情緒化，國防部表達遺憾與不滿。

羅紹和說，洪仲丘在即將退伍前違規攜帶照相手機入營，被罰禁閉處分，禁閉期間因熱衰竭而送醫不治。對於洪仲丘往生，國防部深感遺憾與不捨。

他表示，國防部除指示總督察長室專案調查外，另由軍檢署立案偵辦，查明事實真相，對於違失人員或涉有不法者，絕對從嚴議處或依法送究辦。

羅紹和也說，外界對於本案的批評，國軍一定會謙卑反省、虛心檢討，杜絕類似案件再發生；不過，情緒性或偏離事實的評論，不但無助事實真相調查，也有妖魔化國軍之嫌，絕非全民之福。令人遺憾的是，媒體今天社論，對於國軍多所誤會，污衊深。1020706
