【短片】仲丘枉死　高華柱：再多理由都不能違法禁閉

【林世雄／台中報導】高華柱卸任國防部長首日，今早再度前往洪仲丘家中慰問，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸強調，前三分之二律師沒參與，但軍檢快速審判，希望轉達軍方爭取閱卷時間；高華柱表示家屬任何懷疑都不會放過，會交待軍方站在家屬立場查清楚，採科學辦案，還原真相，且再多理由都不能違法送禁閉。
 
高華柱說，任內發生洪案是一輩子的遺憾，軍方後續程序，家屬意見都會轉達國防團隊了解。媒體詢問是否採用「污點證人」措施較易突破案情，高華柱說偵查過程的 意見都會轉達，任何線索、疑點都應證明、查清楚，任內已致力改革如過熱不出操，但少數單位沒貫徹有疏漏，非每個單位都如五四二旅。
