洩漏羅琳出書 法律公司賠鉅款

（法新社倫敦31日電） 「哈利波特」（HarryPotter）小說作者JK羅琳的法律顧問公司羅素（Russells），洩漏羅琳以假名出版犯罪小說。羅琳今天接受羅素捐出「大筆」款項給慈善機構作為彌補。

專攻娛樂法的羅素法律公司坦承洩漏羅琳以假名蓋布瑞斯（Robert Galbraith）出版小說「杜鵑鳥在叫喚」（The Cuckoo's Calling，暫譯）後，現在將支付賠償金給支持士兵的慈善機構。

英國「星期泰晤士報」（Sunday Times）披露這項祕密後，羅琳向倫敦高等法院提告，控告對象是羅素公司合夥人葛沙吉（Chris Gossage）和他的友人卡耶加利（Judith Callegari）。

羅素坦承葛沙吉將這件事告訴卡耶加利，卡耶加利再透過推特把消息放給星期泰晤士報記者。

羅琳委任律師阿菲亞（Jenny Afia）告訴高等法院，羅琳「對信任遭背叛感到沮喪、難過」。

已對侵害隱私致歉的羅素，也將支付羅琳的法律訴訟費。
