疑路況不熟　預拌混凝土車清境翻車

【高堂堯／南投報導】邱姓男子（50歲）今天上午8時半駕駛一輛預拌混凝土車，前往仁愛鄉清境農場附近工地施工，在台14甲線近7公里處轉入一條狹小叉路，疑因下坡太陡，車失控朝右翻覆、壓斷一支路燈和電線桿，滿載的預拌混凝土也全都灑到路面，但邱姓司機幸運地毫髮無傷，自行脫困。
 
邱男向警方表示，因為第一次開車上清境，路況不熟，加上該路段處於狹路下坡，才不慎翻車；所幸當時該路段車輛稀少，電線桿雖然傾倒但未影響到供電，相關單位獲報後陸續前往處理現場，直到近中午才恢復原狀。
