金錢豹海派7.6億欠稅 難追回

台中知名的「金錢豹」跟「海派」系列酒店，分別欠稅3億6000萬跟4億元，因為掛名的負責人，都是人頭，因此只能按月，扣他們的固定薪資還款，至今追回的欠稅不成比例，萬一酒店負責人不幸過世，稅款將一筆勾銷。

台中海派酒店，欠稅四億，該還的錢沒還清，去年10月，竟還砸重金再開分店，原來兩名登記的負責人只是掛名人頭，依法，只能按月從兩人帳戶各扣5500元，追稅算一算，這樣的催繳速率，得花3037年，才能還清稅款，問題是移送的負責人活不了這麼久，一旦人往生，欠稅也將一筆勾銷，行政執行署難怪對追稅的國稅局，頗有微詞。

台中市兩大酒店龍頭，金錢豹跟海派，都是欠稅大戶，各揹有3億6000萬跟4億的逃漏稅，行政執行處，曾大動作到酒店貼封條，拍賣洋酒和部分設備兩大酒店都在分期攤還，金錢豹按月還85萬、海派每月還1萬1000，相較於7.6億欠稅，簡直九牛一毛，要全追討回這筆帳，難度大。(民視新聞台中綜合報導)
