確保安全 孟加拉數百成衣廠無限期關閉

有鑒於成衣廠大樓倒塌，造成1千多名工人死亡的悲劇，引發工人示威風潮，孟加拉成衣製造商及出口商協會(Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association)副主席阿吉姆(Shahidullah Azim)今天(13日)表示，孟加拉好幾百家成衣廠將無限期關閉。

阿吉姆指出，在阿蘇里亞工業區(Ashulia)的所有工廠，都將從明天(14日)起無限期關閉。

阿吉姆指出，協會之所以作出這項決定，是為了確保所有成衣工廠的安全。

位在首都達卡(Dhaka)郊區沙瓦市(Savar)的藍那廣場大樓，是1棟8層樓建築，4月24日倒塌，已知造成1,127人死亡，成為孟加拉拉歷來最嚴重的工業安全事故。
