巴拉圭總統訪淡大 取經盲生教育

新北市淡江大學40多年前首開招收盲人就讀中文系，並投入中文盲用電腦研發及推廣，使視障者可利用網際網路取得各類資訊，開啟視障教育資訊化和就業新契機；重視盲人教育的巴拉圭總統佛朗哥等人特別至淡大「取經」，參訪淡大盲生資源中心，聽取校長張家宜簡介學校概況，及盲生資源中心系統工程師張金順簡報。
