南台科技大學為結合熱氣球與高雄市的城市都會形象，並帶動澄清湖風景區的風華再現，特別舉辦「2013飛越澄清湖微電影創作甄選」，主題只要與高雄、澄清湖、熱氣球有關聯即可，內容可以是愛情、友情、親情甚至搞笑、惡搞kuso等。喜愛熱氣球或是想搭乘熱氣球一覽澄清湖風景的朋友，歡迎踴躍送件。相關熱氣球活動請上http://www.taiwanballoon.com/article1.html查詢，報名簡章請自google網站搜尋下載。
