打架王挑戰廚神賽　人生有方向、料理「帶感情」

第三屆金蘭盃蘭代廚神新秀挑戰賽，今天在滬江中學辦北區初賽，17歲光啟高中餐飲科二年級蔣奇錕，2歲時右手掌被飲料店封口機碾過，經10多次手術開刀治療勉強恢復功能，但兩手長度不一，求學期間飽受異樣眼光，性格暴躁，國中是人見人怕「打架王」，打同學、嗆老師司空見慣，國三轉到技藝班學廚藝，才化解暴戾之氣。
 
蔣克服右手不便，練習左手持刀、炒菜，加倍練習、虛心請教，廚藝進步神速，找回自信。他說自己曾是不乖的小孩，給父母添太多麻煩，現在找到人生方向，會盡力一圓廚師夢，自己料理的訣竅就是「帶感情」，他說，一個不帶感情的廚師，做出來的菜再好吃，也少了一味。
