（中央社記者黃麗芸台北28日電）台北地方法院今天裁定涉入雙子星弊案的台北市議員賴素如延押。賴素如服務團隊發出聲明表示，院、檢聯手濫權、戕害人權。

台北地檢署偵辦雙子星弊案，賴素如因被控在台北市議會提案表決私地主優先開發權涉嫌索賄，檢方向法院聲請延押賴素如。台北地方法院今天裁定延長羈押賴素如。

賴素如服務團隊晚間發表書面聲明指出，北院在案情無新進展，以及賴素如在押期間訊問未出現新事證情形下，裁定繼續羈押，院、檢聯手濫權、戕害人權。

聲明指出，賴素如遭羈押近2個月，檢方在這段期間偵訊未發現與賴素如有關的新事證，顯見當時所謂「密件」，只是檢方濫權羈押的幌子，何況賴素如數度庭訊都已配合檢方對案情完整陳述，不能以她的陳述和其他人供述不一致，就認定她有勾串之虞。1020528
