台中稽查8類食品僅4家沒證明

台中市政府衛生局稽查8類食品，今天凌晨由局長黃美娜帶隊，前往逢甲夜市，有販售粄條、肉圓、黑輪、粉圓、豆花、粉粿、芋圓及地瓜圓等8類食品的攤商，都在攤位前貼出檢驗證明。

今早8點，衛生局持續動員人力，分山、海、屯和城區進行掃街式查核，共稽查369家，其中神岡區有4家傳統市場攤販，販售豆花、粄條、粉粿，但現場未提供具結安全證明或檢驗證明，衛生局要求業者下架產品，業者也乖乖配合，表示一定會趕快跟上游廠商申請證檢驗證明。
