台東熱氣球嘉年華活動熱力持續發燒！今天清晨原計畫進行飛越台東市區的熱氣球自由飛行表演，因吹起陣陣南風，主辦單位臨時取消，改為免費民眾免費原地升降的繫留體驗。

近300位民眾搭上熱氣球，看到蔚藍的海洋及遠眺綠島風光，遊客們都說：「感覺更炫！」另外，國際知名大導演李安的弟弟李崗，下午也到鹿野高台，進行熱氣球繫留體驗。

台東縣長黃健庭指出，雖因風向，未能寫下歷史，不過，縣府不會放棄這項壯舉，未來如有機會，仍會全力以專案方式爭取，彌補這次小小的缺撼。
