首屆美國之味亞洲廚藝競賽總冠軍今舉行

【王炯華／台北報導】首屆「美國之味亞洲廚藝競賽」總冠軍今舉行，美國在台協會處長馬啟思與美國廚藝學院講師Lars Kronmark並在開賽前示範美國正流行的西南料理—新墨西哥州風味香煎豬里肌。

馬啟思在示範料理時，相當小心的學Lars Kronmark的每一步驟，馬啟思並透露，為了今天的這個示範，他在家裡練習了好幾個小時，他也希望大家能了解美國農產品肉品，也喜愛它們做出美味的料理。

由美國肉類出口協會首次舉辦的「美國之味亞洲廚藝競賽」，從今年3月分開始在上海、東京、香港與台北分舉辦各區初賽，今日並聚集在台北南港展監館角逐總冠軍。
