【短片】被女信徒控摸胸　法師：她說很舒服

【孫英哲／彰化報導】台南一名女子因患子宮頸癌，經友人介紹，於上月底到彰化縣員林鎮的員林蓮社，接受該寺住持鑑因法師作法驅病。該女指控說，她共去了員林蓮社三次，第一、二次都沒有異狀，但六月初的第三次時，鑑因法師竟在作法過程中，多次伸出鹹豬手，對她摸胸及隔著內褲摸下體。

員林警分局接獲台 南市警局轉報的案件後，今天中午傳訊鑑因法師到案，訊後依妨害性自主罪嫌將其函送法辦。現年七十七歲的鑑因法師表示，他雖有摸到該女的胸部及碰觸到私處， 但那是作法的過程，對每一個人都一樣，當初該女也沒當場有意見，事後才反咬他一口，讓他感到相當痛心，以後他再也不幫信徒作法趨鬼了。
