夏普中電熊貓　中國合設8.5代液晶面板廠

【吳秀樺／台北報導】夏普（Sharp）盤後宣布將和中國電子信息產業集團就液晶面板事業進行合作，在南京共同設立8.5代液晶面板廠，雙方並將設立1家負責該座8.5代面板廠營運業務的合資公司─南京中電熊貓平板顯示科技有限公司。
 
夏普指出，該廠預計今年8月動工興建，2015年6月啟用量產，主要將生產使用於電視、顯示器、筆電及平板電腦的液晶面板與模組，月產能6萬片，若是以10吋平板電腦計算，月產能約達720萬台。
 
據了解，未來夏普將提供給中電集團包含IGZO面板等技術，合資公司預計2014年3月設立，夏普和中電集團出資比重分別為8%、92%。
