〈獨家〉清潔出奇招　民眾撿垃圾換免費蛋

雲林古坑從6月開始推動新政策，鼓勵民眾撿廢棄物或是資源回收，就能到清潔隊換茶葉蛋或是新鮮雞蛋，推出一個多月，民眾為了換取免費雞蛋，熱烈響應，清潔隊表示，省掉人力成本，一個月3萬多元清潔工薪水，現在一個月花2千多元的雞蛋，一個月花原本1/3，9600元，小成本就能讓環境變整潔。

民眾收集一袋袋的玻璃瓶和農藥罐，阿伯拿汽車輪胎，也有婦人大熱天騎機車，載了一大疊的廣告看板，大家拚了老命撿垃圾，卻樂此不疲，為了吃到香噴噴茶葉蛋，大家撿越多就換越多。民眾：「90張換18顆，我換多了，換102顆。」

各式各樣的廢棄物，都可以換到茶葉蛋或是新鮮雞蛋，5個廣告看板換一顆；2個大的玻璃瓶換一顆；5個小的玻璃停換一顆；機車輪胎換2顆；汽車輪胎換5顆，就連菸蒂50個也可以換一顆。

民眾：「買菜就省下很多費用，因為這樣，他們垃圾就不會隨便丟，本來牆角門口什麼地方都有(垃圾)，現在比較不會了。」

為了環境整潔，古坑清潔隊出奇招，用垃圾換雞蛋，民眾衝著免費2個字，熱烈響應，清潔隊表示，聘請一位清潔工要支付3萬多元薪水，現在省掉人力成本，一個禮拜只要花2400元買雞蛋，一個月花個9600元，原本1/3的支出，小成本就讓環境清潔獲得大改善。
