排隊名店「古早味豆花」　衛生不合格

天氣熱許多民眾都會吃冰消暑；台北市衛生局公布市售散裝冰品抽驗結果，177家知名冰店當中有3家被驗出大腸桿菌群超標，就連生菌數也不符規定，其中有一家名店「古早味豆花」，就在夜市旁，每天吸引不少民眾大排長龍品嚐，不過販售的花生豆花被驗出不合格，業者第一時間得知後趕緊澄清，懷疑可能是冰櫃溫度表故障導致大腸桿菌群超標。

香醇濃郁豆花搭配特製糖水，再放入些許花生，讓人一口接著一口停不下來，許多觀光客可都是衝著台灣這碗花生豆花而來，但現在名店「古早味豆花」，被台北市衛生局點名，抽檢驗出大腸桿菌群超標，不符合規定。

北市衛生局食藥處處長邱秀儀：「大腸桿菌群，它通常是偵測食品的一個衛生指標菌，它通常不是食品中毒菌，也不會對人體有健康傷害。」

名店「古早味豆花」被衛生局點名，花生豆花大腸桿菌群超標10倍，鄉淳布丁販售的紅豆牛奶冰，和豐盛行的紅茶，都被驗出大腸桿菌群超標，不符規定。

豆花業者陳雲銘：「是因為(冰櫃)機器外面那個溫控開關，我們調到6度，但是實際裡面水溫，後來衛生局給我們公文，我們馬上去查，廠商也來調整過，把溫度降下來。」

業者澄清大腸桿菌群被驗出超標，感到相當意外，懷疑是冷凍庫溫度上升到10度，因此豆花才被驗出大腸桿菌群，未來將會立刻改善，可不想毀了商譽。
