狂犬病近期死灰復燃，為配合防疫工作，高雄關今日宣布於各通關單位設置防疫物資（疫苗）進口單一窗口，提供相關通關諮詢與服務。

高雄關指出，依關稅法第49條及同法施行細則之規定，政府機關自行進口或受贈防疫用之藥品或醫療器材，以及政府機關為緊急救難自行進口或受贈之器材與物品，經中央主管機關證明係屬防疫之用者可免徵關稅進口。

而企業或個人捐贈政府機關作為防疫之用，可向海關具結以該受贈的政府機關名義先行辦理報關，依規定免稅進口。
