立法院國民黨團預定周五表決核四公投提案。據轉述，國民黨秘書長曾永權表示，馬總統講過「沒有核安、沒有核電」原則不變；「公投的對象沒有核安」，核安與否不是用公投能決定的。曾永權說，停建核四不得商轉，這議題才是要表決的。
