談洪案 馬總統：通案改革避重演

國民黨主席馬英九今天在中山會報上提及洪仲丘案，表示軍檢與桃檢在個案部分都盡力在辦；在通案部分，政府會檢討軍中制度，包括陸海空懲罰法列舉的禁閉、申訴等制度檢討。更重要的是，軍事審判法、陸海空軍刑法，立法院有相關修法聲音，軍方對此態度保持開放。

馬英九說，負責檢察的法務部、審判的司法院的意見也都要納入行政院專案小組，進行通案性檢討。面對危機，能夠透過通案性改革，讓類似事件不再重演。
