全台大學城房價　東海漲4至5成最高

【張菱育／台北報導】全台各大學陸續開學，東森房屋不動產趨勢中心統計全台熱門學校周邊房價，台中東海大學周邊房價漲幅最高，近3年達40~50%，台大、師大周邊僅漲1成，高雄師範大學近3年周邊漲幅為36~45%。
 
21世紀不動產中科福華加盟店店長陳文秋說，東海大學附近有中科從業人員的居住需求，總價相對市區低，300~400萬元可買到2~3房的鎮中古大樓，且台中榮總後面有不少中古大樓社區，像「瑞聯社區」30~50坪產品，每坪約8~12萬元，此區自住佔6~7成，投資置產族2~3成。
