孫兆麟：兩岸服貿協議是量身訂做

大陸商務部台港澳司副司長孫兆麟今天在第九屆兩岸經貿文化論壇專題討論中表示，兩岸應持續推進ECFA後續協商，盼服貿協議儘速生效。

他說，服貿協議在台灣內部有所爭議，但服貿是大陸至今開放水準最高、涵蓋面最廣的協議，大陸也已著手相關修法。服貿協議當初簽署時便強調，已是照顧雙方經發展和水平「且量身訂做」，這非常明確。
