被人酸「監獄臉」　男子開5槍報復

【王文傑／花蓮報導】吉安鄉本月17日晚間皇靈葬儀社負責人槍擊案今宣告偵破！一名有毒品、槍砲前科的施姓男子，因不滿葬儀社陳姓老闆經常酸他生來一張「監獄臉」遲早再被關進去，加上5年前喪父時雙方有金錢糾紛，17日傍晚竟持槍闖入店內連開5槍，傷者幸無大礙。施嫌逃亡九天不僅防彈背心不離身，連槍枝都上膛隨身攜帶，還好警方埋伏得宜，不費一彈順利逮人。
 
  警方調查，嫌犯施坤良（39歲）長期吸毒早是治安列管人口，過去曾因改造空氣槍遭逮。施嫌逃亡期間還在臉書發佈「大家台北見了」誤導警方辦案，但警方根據線報確定他仍在花蓮市區流竄，昨天在花蓮市中央路、中原路口逮到他。
 
  警方在施嫌身上找到手槍兩把、子彈25發、手機1支、防彈背心1件。施嫌警訊時辯稱，他跟陳姓被害人熟識多年，5年前因父親喪事他質疑對方亂辦又多收錢，多次登門理論，反遭陳男以「監獄臉」譏諷，才讓他懷很在心，開槍傷人。
