學者：韓國視台灣為失敗案例

台北論壇基金會上午舉辦「兩岸關係的機遇與挑戰」新書發表會，中山大學社會科學院院長林文程轉述，韓國學者已將台灣當做新興國家發展的失敗案例來研究，台灣應深深檢討，避免再因國內分歧影響整體發展；前國安會秘書長蘇起強調，因為藍綠惡鬥，台灣已快要由當年能和美、中一起下棋的「棋手」，淪為美中圍棋戰中的「棋子」，藍綠如不快和解，台灣將無法因應急速變化的國際新局勢。

林文程表示，他的朋友林建甫教授到韓國開會，一位韓國學者跟他說，韓國已把台灣當作新興工業化國家中的失敗案例，因為過去這段時間，台灣經濟停滯，人民薪水沒有增加，當年台灣是四小龍中的領先者，現在韓國平均薪資已到三萬美元，台灣卻還停留在兩萬美元。
