假死詐保6400萬 許嫌遣返

史上最大的詐領保險金案，新北市建商許文同夫妻，12年前投保1億2千萬保單，然後利用桃芝颱風過境台灣時，製造開車墜崖，夫妻被海水沖走而失蹤的假象，接著買假護照潛逃出境，成功詐領6400萬保險金，直到今年5月妻子過世，全案才被揭穿，刑事局下午遣送許文同回台。

霹靂小組幹員，左右押解許文同抵達桃園機場，接著馬上移送刑事局偵訊，警方目前初步掌握，許文同夫妻因為負債1千多萬，所以跟小孩一起籌畫這起詐領保險金案。

除了由兒子把車推下山崖，製造2人被海水沖走的假象，還疑似在淡水藏匿4年，買到假護照後才潛逃到中國大陸，直到今年5月妻子死掉，公安通知台灣警方，發現使用假護照，許文同才坦承身分，妻子也因為死了2次，被刑事局揭發真相。

兒子自首認罪，並向基隆地檢署繳交1千萬不法所得，只是最高法院沒有收到檢警橫向聯繫通知，做出判決賠償6400萬的烏龍判決。
