6千人參加悉尼慈善長跑 籌款近10萬

【大紀元2013年10月27日訊】（大紀元記者古琴澳洲悉尼編譯報導）旨在為慈善組織籌款的一次長跑活動，於10月27日在悉尼的奧林匹克公園內，吸引了超過6千名熱情參賽者，活動賽前已籌得了近10萬澳元。
參賽者中既有專業體育運動員，也有推著嬰兒車的母親和年幼的孩子，賽事組織者為此準備了10公里長的跑道（正常馬拉松賽程的一半）和適宜兒童的3公里長跑道。為讓更多的支持者目睹賽事盛況，比賽的終點設在ANZ體育場內。

來自紐省的聖•勞倫斯（Ben St Lawrence）和首府行政區域的登特（Martin Dent），兩人在在過去的4年中一直是比賽金牌的共同獲得者。勞倫斯希望今年能繼續保住冠軍稱號。

據悉，參賽者為Beyondblue （『戰勝憂鬱』，電話 1300 224 636）等慈善機構募得8萬多澳元。
