大哥試槍誤傷手下　警今逮回人槍

【林師民／新竹報導】新竹縣鄭姓男子(62歲，槍砲前科)平時在湖口經營小吃店，前天晚間他拿出1把改造手槍，在小吃店後門試槍給廖姓手下(56歲)看，不料拉槍機時走火，子彈打到地面後反彈，擊中廖的右後腰部，鄭等人趕緊開車載廖就醫，所幸子彈卡在皮下脂肪層，未傷及內臟，開刀取出彈頭已無礙。
 
警方接獲醫院通報，追查槍枝來源，廖姓手下一開始還謊稱自己走路走到一半，突然被東西彈到，就醫才知道是子彈，不過他說詞反覆，警方不信，經多次偵訊他才吐實，警方今天上午持拘票逮回鄭男，並在小吃店後方草叢找到改造手槍和五發子彈，依槍砲罪嫌偵辦中。
