貪婪父母　為了97萬強迫智障女兒出嫁

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】英國一對夫婦，竟然為了兩萬英鎊(約台幣97萬元)，將從小就有智能障礙的女兒賣給一名巴基斯坦移民，並為他生孩子。事件被揭發後，英國保護法庭裁定這段婚姻作廢。

英國《每日郵報》報導，這名37歲女子從小就有智能障礙，智商只有7歲，2011年被迫嫁給一名巴基斯坦學生並為他生孩子，讓他順利取得英國居留權。事後有人向註冊處通報，指女子的父親收錢賣女。雖然智障女子的家人提供醫生證明，辯稱女兒知道婚姻是甚麼，但法官認為醫生可能與她的家人有連繫，質疑其誠信。曾到訪智障女子家中協助照顧她兒子的社工也表示， 兩夫婦之間幾乎零交流。

保護法庭周日裁定，該女子不可能自主同意進行性行為與結婚，法官指讓沒有能力照顧子女的智能障礙女子懷孕非常殘忍，宣告兩人婚姻作廢。
