憂張成澤奪權　金正日託孤崔龍海

【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】據韓聯社報導，北韓一位消息人士18日透露，北韓已故領導人金正日生前囑咐人民軍總政治局局長崔龍海好好輔佐金正恩，並向金正恩說「要把崔龍海看作可以依靠的叔叔」。顯示出金正恩政權成立後，崔龍海之所以成為北韓政壇的新「二號人物」，有可能是因為金正日留下的「遺訓」。

另據分析，金正日之所以任命崔龍海率領北韓人民軍，是因為金正日擔心自己死後張成澤權力過大，將給金正恩領導造成威脅。 一位政府消息人士說，雖然崔龍海曾是張成澤的親信之一，但崔龍海成為人民軍總政治局局長後，兩人關係逐漸疏遠、互相牽制。

金正日還曾安排崔龍海在金日成綜合大學就讀，讓他積累人脈、學習軍事知識，2010年崔龍海在完全沒有軍隊經歷的情況下，和當時作為接班人的金正恩一起，獲得了人民軍大將的稱號後，開始得到關注，2012年4月登上人民軍總政治局局長職位。
