厄瓜多外長訪英 與亞桑傑會談

厄瓜多外交部長帕提諾本月將出訪英國，屆時將會晤英國外相海格，並會見藏身厄瓜多駐倫敦大使館快一年的爆料網站「維基解密」（WikiLeaks）創辦人亞桑傑。

瑞典以強暴與性攻擊的罪名對亞桑傑發出逮捕令，英國依法須將他引渡瑞典，亞桑傑多次上訴，英國2010年讓他交保，但英國最高法院裁決瑞典逮捕令有效，亞桑傑2012年6月19日躲入厄瓜多駐倫敦大使館尋求庇護。（英國衛報）
