(中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2日電)今天下午強震，IC封裝測試大廠矽品表示，台中和彰化廠區一切正常運作。

根據中央氣象局指出，今天下午13時43分發生芮氏規模6.3的地震，震央在南投縣政府東方32公里；新竹市震度3級，台中市震度4級，台南市震度達5級。

半導體封測大廠矽品表示，廠區經過仔細檢查回報，台中和彰化廠區沒有受到影響，封測產線運作正常，矽品位於台中潭子的總公司也一切正常。1020602
