體操運動員的每個動作，看起來很輕鬆容易，但其實他們在台下，不知流了多少汗水，花了多少時間才能練成一身絕技。這段影片中的男子，以為簡單想有樣學樣，不但學人玩單槓，更想做單臂大車輪這種高難度動作，結果當然是失敗，直直墮掉地上，幸好這個單槓不太高，否則鐵定重傷。
