醉男拾金不昧 酒駕送到警局

撿到錢包送警局，卻被警方逮到酒駕，新竹市一名李姓男子，週日晚間酒後搭計程車回家，在車上撿到皮包，隔天上午開車把皮包送到警局時，被警察聞出渾身酒味，酒測值0.43超標，當場被依公共危險罪送辦，讓他直呼很無奈。

李姓男子一臉無辜，原本只是想趕快把在計程車上撿到的錢包，送還失主，才會把一早起來馬上開著貨車到警局，沒想卻被警方逮到酒駕，覺得真的很衰。

李姓男子前一天跟老婆一起和朋友吃飯喝酒，就是知道酒後不能開車，才會搭計程車，沒想到在車上撿到這個女用皮包，裡頭有4000元現金、存摺、金飾項鍊、兩只戒指，想第二天一早，送到警局，以為隔了一晚，酒應該已經退了，沒想到還沒報案，渾身的酒味，先被警方要求酒測，而且酒測值0.43，超過標準，雖然警方也很同情他，但還是得依公共危險罪移送。

所以，不要以為睡了一覺，酒就退了，酒精代謝至少要6個小時，警方雖然罰得有些餘心不忍 ，但還是得依法執法，李姓男子怎麼也沒想到自己的好心，卻變成酒駕現行犯，讓他直呼實在「有夠衰」。
