撈過界 陸平台船闖我海域撈沈船廢鐵

【許逸民／澎湖報導】中國的海上工作平台船「祥華68號」，昨天下午大剌剌越界在澎湖縣目斗嶼西北11.4海浬處下錨，打撈海底沈船廢鐵，我方漁民看不下去，撥打118向海巡署報案。澎湖海巡隊派出巡防艇蒐證，今天將該船連同18名船員扣押進港，因船身吃水過身，暫讓平台船錨泊西嶼鄉內垵海域，只將船老大帶回偵訊。
澎湖海巡隊表示，經查該艘大陸工作平台未向航港局報備，越界執行非法打撈廢鐵作業，經偵訊後依據《台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例》新增第八十條之一條文規定，處以新台幣一百萬元以上、一仟萬元以下之罰鍰，以收重懲防杜之效。
