單辦核四公投 中選會估經費8億

【王家俊／台北報導】立法院遲未通過核四公投案，傳出行政院長江宜樺倦勤，核四公投恐不玩了。對此，中選會官員私下表示，公投一但公告成立後，依法1個月起至6個月內要公投，並得與全國性選舉同日舉行，如果沒有和大選併辦，據內部評估，光是單辦公投就要8億多元，將以行政院第二預備金支應。

官員說，舉辦總統大選一次不過11億餘元，單辦公投僅印刷及小部分人員規模縮小，若立院臨時會通過核四公投案，依時間推算，可望成為史上首度單獨舉辦的公投。截至目前為止，中選會公告成案、並舉行投票的全國性公投已有6案，均和總統及立委選舉同日舉行，而6案均因投票人數未達50%門檻而遭到否決。
