洪仲丘案4人交保 軍檢提抗告

（中央社記者陳培煌台北2日電）洪仲丘案原在押的何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲與陳毅勳4人昨天經軍事法院裁定交保，軍檢上午已向軍事法院提出抗告狀。

陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，北部地方軍事法院昨晚認定在押的戒護士陳毅勳無勾串共犯之虞，裁定新台幣15萬元交保。北部地方軍事法院檢察署上午依法抗告，將抗告狀交給北軍院轉交給高等軍事法院審理。

另外，高等軍事法院昨晚裁定，前542旅副旅長何江忠、旅部連連長徐信正與上士范佐憲所犯非重罪，且已調離原單位，軍檢調查嚴密，無羈押的理由，裁定在押的何江忠30萬元交保，徐信正25萬元交保，范佐憲20萬元交保，3人均限制出境。

高等軍事法院檢察署對此不服，也在上午向軍高院遞交抗告狀，由軍高院轉交最高軍事法院審理。1020802
