高院駁回抗告 賴素如繼續押

台北市議員賴素如被控涉犯貪汙罪嫌，台北地方法院日前召開接押庭後裁定收押禁見，賴素如不服提起抗告。台灣高等法院審理後，認為原裁定並無不當，抗告意旨無理由，今天下午裁定抗告駁回。

　合議庭指出，原裁定以賴素如與其他被告或證人的陳述不符，以有勾串之虞為羈押的理由，符合刑事訴訟法的羈押要件。又賴素如所涉的犯罪情節重大，若給予具保、責付或限制住居等侵害較小的手段，都不足以確保「雙子星弊案」的審判或執行程序的順利進行，因此有繼續羈押的必要。
