麥可戴爾傳加碼出價　修改私有化計票規則

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】戴爾（DELL）股東預定今晚9時表決創辦人麥可‧戴爾（Michael Dell）的購併私有化提案，麥可‧戴爾傳在投票前夕以加碼出價作為交換條件，要求戴爾董事會修改計票規則，不將棄權票計為否定票。

據《華爾街日報》報導，麥可‧戴爾與私募基金銀湖（Silver Lake）組成的收購團隊，擬將每股出價由13.65美元提高至13.75美元，並承諾加派特別股利，交換計票規則修改，更有利於私有化提案通過，和戴爾董事會特別委員會已接近達成協議。
