【林世雄／台中報導】中秋節將屆，總統馬英九今天中午到陸軍成功嶺營區參觀，並與中部地區三軍主要幹部國軍官兵及榮民代表近二百人會餐，馬致詞時表示，洪仲丘事件造成國軍形象損害，國軍已提十三項具體改革措施，軍中人權大幅改善。但媒體被隔離二張桌子、約十公尺距離，較以往多出一倍遠，馬停留四十分鐘離開，媒體沒機會問馬王政爭之事。
