南市警破獲詐騙集團

【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南市刑大偵八隊和刑事局偵九隊昨聯手破獲詐騙集團，查獲電腦、電話機具等主機，帶回王姓男子等19人，警方調查，該集團專挑大陸民眾詐騙，今年6月初迄今，不法獲利超過1000萬元，今依詐欺罪嫌移送台南地檢署偵辦。
 
昨天下午警方到仁德區仁中二街1棟透天別墅查緝搜索，當場查獲王姓男子等19人，查獲電話路由器、電話機、碎紙機、印表機、錄音筆、監視錄影系統、帳冊等證物。
 
警方表示，以綽號「林哥」為首詐騙集團，對外謊稱徵求保健食品銷售員，在報紙刊登徵人廣告吸收成員，再向大陸民眾佯稱「供電局人員」或「檢警辦案」，向民眾恫嚇詐騙錢財。
 
該集團為掩人耳目和躲避檢警查緝，在各縣市隨機租屋，不定期變換機房地點，平日嚴格管控成員行動，除承租100坪透天別墅做詐騙機房，欲進行詐騙工作前，都會預先購置日常生活用品儲存，成員一旦進入機房內即禁止再外出，並明訂公司規章和上線班表，以利管理。
