中油承德路土地　新壽4.1688億標得

中油公司位於台北市承德路土地設定地上權案今（18）日開標，共有4家業者參與投標，開標結果由新光人壽以4.1688億元得標，溢價率51%，將於11月初完成簽約手續。

為活化土地資產，增加公司營收，中油推出位於台北市大同區大龍段三小段270地號等11筆合計約378坪商業區土地，以設定50年地上權方式活化利用，得標人可依據都市計畫及建築法令等規定開發經營，底價2.7586億元。

由於中油承德路土地交通便捷且鄰近孔廟、保安宮、迪化街霞海城隍廟等知名古蹟，旅遊資源豐富，吸引壽險業者、開發公司、旅館開發以及營運業者積極評估，開標結果共有宜津企業、興利開發、新光人壽及遠雄人壽等4家業者參與投標。

中油表示，承德路土地設定地上權標案成功標出，今年將陸續推出台北市龍江路、板橋前成品倉庫及新竹大學路旁土地等3案土地設定地上權。
