堅信「前美中情局長」真愛　竹科女工程師將出書

【侯力元／新竹報導】曾因為稱與美國前中情局局長大衛裴卓斯（David Petraeus)透過網路譜戀曲，其後被證實遭詐騙４萬美金的前竹科女工程師劉淑貞，透過電子郵件發公開信給媒體，稱其所撰寫的「網戀奇緣－美國中央情報局長和他的華裔情人」長篇小說即將出版。
 
劉淑貞信中表示，書中開場介紹她的成長背景及家庭，並稱自己為「21世紀的女性物理學家」。接著闡述「在網路上邂逅的真愛，碰巧為美國中央情報局局長」。劉淑貞公開信中表示，始終無法與大衛斐卓斯私下見面的原因有無限多，例如國家安全問題。但她強調書中所蒐集到的每一個字、所拍攝的每一張照片、所有的對話，和電子郵件通信往來與互通有無，皆是真實的。
 
公開信中稱，即將要幫其出版的出版商為Trafford Publishing Singapore (翠佛出版社)，全書總共約43.66萬字、750頁，信中並未說明何時會出版。據悉，原本任職於台積電的劉淑貞，目前已經離開竹科，前往彰化工作。
