慣竊搶奪車內包包　警3小時迅速破案

【塗豐駿／台北報導】台北市1名45歲葛姓慣竊，10日傍晚騎車在SOGO百貨附近，發現張姓女子車輛副駕駛座窗戶未關，葛嫌趁張女不注意時上前強拿放置在副駕駛座的包包，隨即騎車揚長而去，張女在後面邊追邊大喊：「搶我皮包！抓住他！」但仍讓葛嫌逃逸。
 
警方獲報立即調閱附近監視器並詢問張女，發現嫌犯身形瘦小、穿深藍色外套，特徵疑似轄區內葛姓慣竊，警員立即前往其住處埋伏，3小時後葛嫌返家，警員立即上前盤查，在嫌犯身上找到被害人遭搶的IPHONE手機等物品順利偵破，訊後將依強奪罪嫌將葛嫌移送法辦。
