食安問題受到重視，中央研究院副院長陳建仁今天發表演講。他說，透過孕婦產檢、高齡產婦遺傳性疾病預防篩檢服務、哺餵母乳宣傳、學童營養午餐等政策，讓台灣母嬰健康情況有顯著改善，現在最大的問題是肥胖。

由於寶寶主要的食物是喝牛奶，陳建仁也說，牛奶的成分廠商一定要標示清楚，同時不是貴或是進口的就好，應該諮詢營養師才對。
