【動新聞】涉包庇劉政池　陽管處前官員交保

【丁牧群、劉邠如／綜合報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻的胞弟劉政池涉嫌竊佔陽明山國有地弊案，疑有官商勾結，士林地檢署昨偵訊陽明山國家公園管理處現任、前任共11名官員後，將陽管處前處長蔡佰祿、課長陳彥伯、承辦人謝文華3人列為貪污、竊佔等罪被告，並以5到20萬元交保。

陽明山國家公園管理處前處長蔡佰祿於2000年核發建築執照給劉政池興建七七行館，被檢方列為犯罪嫌疑人。而蔡佰祿曾因北投纜車弊案收賄，被判刑2年6月確定，現在又捲入竊佔國土案，21號晚間被調查局人員帶到士林地檢署接受複訊時，低頭避開媒體鏡頭，不發一語。

而偵訊過後，蔡佰祿被諭令以20萬元交保；此外現任陽管處課長陳彥伯，則以5萬元交保，承辦人謝文華以6萬元交保。此外檢方下波將鎖定清查國有財產署，是否也有官員涉嫌包庇。
