【綜合報導】桃園地方法院今天上午開庭審理洪仲丘案，傳喚542旅少將旅長沈威志，沈威志辯稱「不知道洪仲丘不能送禁閉」，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸表示，不理解「我們軍隊怎麼會這樣」。
 
洪慈庸說，「他們都已經從軍10幾年到2、30年的時間」，但事情發生至今，都用「不知道、不清楚」來回應，她身為家屬、一個台灣婦女，會說，「怎麼我們的軍隊會這樣」。
 
另外對於洪仲丘幽閉恐懼症部分，洪慈庸說，事發之前她並不清楚，但媽媽有說，洪仲丘在家的時候，都不關門也不關窗，無時無刻都是把門打開的狀態，他可能有這個狀況，但是輕微沒有去就醫。
