三星侵權案重審 判賠蘋果2.9億美元

三星電子(Samsung Electronics)侵害蘋果(Apple)專利求償重審案，結果21日揭曉，美國聯邦陪審團決議三星應賠償2.9億美元。

The Verge和今日美國報報導，去年8月陪審團判定三星多項產品侵害蘋果專利，要求三星賠償10.5億美元。不過美國地方法官高蘭惠(Lucy Koh)認為陪審團錯估損害金額，將賠償金砍到6億美元左右，計算錯誤的4.5億美元則發回重審。新陪審團經過兩天討論後，決議將金額更正為2.9億美元。

這場官司涉及13款三星舊型產品，蘋果原先要求賠償3.8億美元，三星則認為只需支付5,200萬美元。判決結果出爐後，蘋果發言人Kristin Huguest聲明表示，訴訟案不只牽涉專利和金錢，更關乎創新和研發大眾喜愛產品付出的心力。計入週四重審結果，三星目前共需賠償8.9億美元。

然而，事情還沒畫上句點。預料三星會盡速提起上訴，蘋果可能也不會輕易放過對手，將繼續上訴榨出更多賠償金。兩大科技巨擘的訴訟戰火恐怕還會繼續延燒。
